About me

I’m Bonnie, a Qualified Primary School Teacher and Teacher of the Vision Impaired. I am experienced in creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone.

​

My own path to wellness through holistic therapies inspired me to train to become an Angelic Reiki Practitioner. I offer calming Angelic Reiki sessions combined with the energy of crystals.

 

This nurturing approach is designed to help you find peace and balance, creating a quiet space to pause and unwind.

Your Experience

Angelic Reiki offers a gentle and soothing experience which brings a sense of harmony and deep relaxation. It offers a peaceful sanctuary, providing a safe, relaxing escape from the demands of the outside world.

Each 1:1 session begins with a confidential consultation to find out your hopes for the session.

​

For the treatment, you will be invited to sit in a reclining chair or on a treatment couch. To enhance grounding and calm, crystals may be placed nearby. I will then lightly rest my hands on your shoulders, facilitating a flow of gentle, healing energy.

Parent & child Angelic Reiki Treatment - £50

Initial appointments are 30 minutes long

Proceeding appointments will take 25 minutes.

Treatments are tailored  to suit you and your child - please email for further information.

Initial appointments are 30 minutes long.

Proceeding appointments will take 15-20 minutes.

At Reiki by Bonnie, I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professional experience for every client. I have a full, clear DBS which I am happy to provide on request.

The following policies are designed to ensure appointments run smoothly and expectations are clear for everyone.

By booking a treatment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
I understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to another client.

To avoid a cancellation fee, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full cost of the treatment booked.Any outstanding fees will need to be settled before future appointments can be scheduled.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

REFUND POLICY
Holistic treatments involve dedicated time, preparation, and professional expertise, all of which are provided during your appointment. As every individual is unique, experiences and outcomes may vary, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

For this reason, refunds are generally not available once a treatment or service has been provided. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Your feedback is always valued, and I am committed to addressing any concerns fairly and respectfully. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment or service - in person, by telephone or email reikibybonnie111@gmail.com

To help me understand and address your concern, please provide:
• Your full name
• The date of your appointment or service
• A brief description of the issue
• Your preferred outcome, if applicable

What Happens Next
• Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 business days.
• I aim to investigate and respond fully within 10 business days.

Confidentiality
All concerns and complaints will be handled with sensitivity, respect, and confidentiality.
